After you book an appointment: As a courtesy, we will call, text, or email you to confirm your appointment at our earliest convinients prior to your appointment date and time.
No Refunds After Purchasing Packages Commencement: Once you purchase a package, it is non-refundable. This policy ensures that the time and resources allocated to create a customized package are compensated.
Refund Fee: All sales are final and non-refundable for cash value. We will confirm with you before booking an appointment that you agree to our terms and conditions and that you understand all sales being final. A written copy of Refined Skin Aesthetics refund policy is available on request.
Booking Appointments: Appointments can be rescheduled at no charge as long as they provide us with at least a 24 hour notice.
Late cancellation and rescheduling: You will be charged a $50 fee if a cancellation of rescheduling occurs in less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
No-Shows: You will be charged a $50 fee to cover our time lost and effort.
